PARA series conduits are derived from REIKU’s proprietary blend of highly flexible Nylon 12 raw material. PARAB is extremely durable and has been tested to withstand over 15 million continuous minimum to maximum bend radius cycles which is why it is used in a very high percentage of Robotics applications. The “tight” molecular structure of nylon 12 combats the absorption of fluids and provides great solvent and chemical resistance properties also. PWIS Certified to be free from contaminants such as grease, mineral oils and silicons making it ideal for use in Robotic paint applications /paint booths.

PARR series conduits are also derived from Nylon 12 raw material, however the PARR series is not as flexible as the PARA series. PARR conduit is used in applications where reduced flexibility is traded off as the” stiffer” conduit has more strength to maintain an “unsupported” arc when loaded with very heavy cable and hoses or in applications where the conduit is subjected to a lot of mechanical influence. PARR has been tested to withstand over 10 million continuous minimum to maximum bend radius cycles and like PARA it is nylon 12 so it is resistant to the absorption of fluids and provides great solvent and chemical resistance properties also. PARF series conduits are derived from the same Nylon 12 raw material as PARR. However, the PARF series is REIKU’s least flexible Nylon 12 conduit offering. PARF conduit is used in applications where the conduit is subjected to EXTREME mechanical influence and is considered to be “crush-proof”. PARF has been tested to withstand over 5-7 million continuous minimum to maximum bend radius cycles and is resistant to the absorption of fluids, provides great solvent and chemical resistance properties also. BIORR series HI Flex Nylon 11 Robotics conduit is a non-petroleum based “Green” conduit derived from Castor Oil instead of petroleum-based resin. Highly flexible and also tested to withstand over 15 million continuous minimum to maximum bend radius cycles. Superior chemical and UV resistance, but softer, offering less mechanical protection than PARA or PARR/PARF conduits. PWIS Certified to be free from contaminants such as grease, mineral oils and silicons making it ideal for use in Robotic paint applications /paint booths.

PURR series SUPER Hi FLEX Robotics polyurethane-based robotics conduit exhibits superior flexibility, but softer conduit tested to withstand between 5 and 7 million continuous minimum to maximum bend radius cycles. The PURR series of Robotics conduit is used when an extreme bend radius is required. The polyurethane conduit is very soft and is also used in applications where the stiffer Nylon conduits might scratch finished surfaces. Lower mechanical protection and potential for “ripping” due to the very soft polyurethane raw material.

PURV series is a reinforced version of PURR.

PURV series SUPER Hi FLEX Robotics polyurethane based Robotics conduit. Superior flexibility, but softer conduit tested to withstand between 5 and 7 million continuous minimum to maximum bend radius cycles . The PURV series of Robotics conduit has a heavier /thicker wall structure offering more mechanical protection than the PURR but is still very soft . Also used in applications where extreme bend radius expectation is required and also softer than the stiffer Nylon conduits that might scratch finished surfaces. Lower mechanical protection and potential for “ripping” due to the very soft polyurethane raw material.
